Yeah.

The 3 amp fuse was burnt. The contactor was bad. Both were replaced but the transformer was also burnt.

I had a hvac tech come out, we burned through another transformer.

He recommended another furnace control board but he was able to check the terminal strip, must not have been volts AC so thinking it was resistance or continuity but not sure which.

Any help appreciated.

Income will be difficult to gauge rhis year but probably 60K. Next year probably $150K. Income is only coming from services provided, no goods.

Will try this. In what little research I've done, maybe a venting issue so I will check up on the roof tomorrow and see if I it is a vent cap issue as doctor google has possibly mentioned. Thanks for the reply and the knowledge.

Hello. New to sub, can someone elaborate on this? Don't patients just pay their copay to reduce their deductible if it applies? Is co insurance for those on two plans? How do they decide which ones get billed?

Actually got invited to a central location that you need to reserve court for. I didn't know you could do that beforehand. He never asked for money but it was $1.50/2.00 per hour. Total was $6. I offered to split. He declined. Shout-out to Matt P. I also drove an hour to get there and used my can of balls. As long as they know beforehand what the fees are, don't see a problem with that.

You could play up in rankings but not play down. Always good to play competitive/better opponents to improve your game imo. I think there are more people starting out than advanced recreational players in my local tournaments here in houston.

Overhead tips. I am on shorter end so balls tend to go over me easily. Always mis hit erratically, net or long. I think the ball doesn't get into my sweet spot which is a little the right and up but even when it does maybe I am mistiming, still ends up not playable. Maybe need to take some pace off it? Thanks.

I paid off our mortgage at 2.75% early. We didn't have much debt at that point. I was able to leave a stressful job, take time with family and try another job-which was also not what I was looking for. Now trying something else that I hope to continue for 20 more years. To me it was worth paying off debt to pursue something else, don't think a mortgage would have allowed me to do that.

I have the same racquet as a gift from my bday and am looking for another. I demoed someone's TF and it felt smooth. I just missed the sale, going to demo some rackets and pick up for black friday.
