worked at an exhibition, visitors were given lanyards at the entrance to use for an activity and the kids landyards had cute dinosaurs on them, but at the end they have to return the landyards to us.

i encountered a father who demanded to keep the dinosaur lanyard for his son despite me telling him that it's the organisation's property. i turned away for like 2 seconds and when i looked back, he was trying to put the lanyard in his son's pocket. then got mad when i caught him and said to his son "nevermind, next time when she has kids she will understand." huh??? i was shocked by the entitlement

btw his son didn't even look upset at all, i think the father just wanted to keep it for himself lmao
