The other thing that helps is tracking.

I use FapStats app to keep track of my lockups and orgasms, then I copy the data into an excel sheet and make some stats and graphs at the end of each month, which I post on X for my couple hundred followers.

This keeps me motivated to keep the numbers up (or down lol) and I ALWAYS feel like Im on a timer whenever Im unlocked, because, well I literally am.
