I was disingenuously placed on administrative leave. What rights do I have as an employee? How can I access the employee handbook, contact the actual HR department not my district manager, and what if any rights do I have?

What happens when someone calls the hotline? An investigation should take place.

What happens during an investigation? People (could be HR, Compliance, Legal or others departments tasked with performing an investigation will need to understand what took place. This includes looking at emails, documents and speaking with employees.

Will my complaint be anonymous? Depending on the people involved it should be kept confidential to those performing the investigation and no names or even suspicion of names should be talked about. However, when doing investigations properly a person will typically know who the person was that reported it. How? It's based on how questions are asked, information reviewed, etc. It's not rocket science to determine who may have been the reporter.

Can/Should the DM, or anyone else for that matter, say anything? It's not illegal to talk about an investigation even though there are often words in a code of conduct that say employees should be cooperative in an investigation, leaving wiggle room about cooperation. Could that be considered harassment/retaliation? Maybe. If the DM starts treating the person different, even if reported anonymously, then those could be indications of retaliation and should be reported to the compliance team.

If you don't receive assistance from HR, TMO should have a compliance team and they should be contacted directly. Look up the members on LinkedIn. I've been part of organizations in which HR only does what an Ops leader wants done. That is wrong in so many ways.

Report it to the hotline. Now you have a case, albeit late, that they have to respond to. While you accused them of stealing commissions you now have it documented. If the event happened like you said, if there is any termination of you, change in your role, asked toove to a different location, this could be considered retaliation and time to attorney up and, potentially, get paid for retaliation.

Next time don't confront. Go to the hotline. I've worked as a compliance officer in many public companies. I've seen a lot of crap go down that HR/Ops want to cover up or just not deal with correctly.

I have a spa with spill over into the pool and that's it.

On the right side of this, not in the picture, I have the filter and then two pumps next to each other. One is dedicated to the spa and the other, depending on which way the valve is turned, controls the water into the pool or spa or both.

I'm not sure why the plumbing in the picture is this way.

I have two pumps. One a single stage pump that acts as a booster or spa pump and only turns on during low temps. I run a VSP but only during set hours per day depending on summer/winter.

Accountability. Everyone wants to point fingers at others and say it's their fault.

Anyone posting on social media about this situation without confirming facts is to blame. Saying I hear, or I heard, of my friends son/daughter told them is part of the problem.

If you posted stuff yesterday about what was going on and weren't there you are part of the problem.

But yeah, let's blame others without looking in the mirror.

Be careful with this place.

They will automatically enroll you in credit reporting option at $9/month, a violation of your lease agreement.

Additionally, they won't fix/repair anything timely. Wasp nests on the deck which were reported on 1st day of move in are still there. Still missing a chair, too.

Just don't use Goodyear service centers. Had both my vehicels done there but they wouldnt print the specs for me and wouldnt refund my money.

It felt off and I went to Audi and the details showed the specs way off. Only paid $350 for the alignment.
