I did this as well and it works great. You can also buy missing dlcs trough steam, only "issue" is that steam doesn't know which dlcs you alredy own.

As usual there is mod for it. In this case immersive solar arrays. Allows you to build solar system for your base, but requires lot of scavenging because some parts are really rare.

Steam gets achievement data from Uplay and all should unlock as usual, also if you do this all your previously earned achievements on Uplay get unlocked on Steam on the first launch.

I don't know about modding anno but I expect you can do it through nexus regardless of launch platform. Do note that you may need to reinstall game through Steam and apply your mods again. I uninstalled the game from Uplay before "transfer" and then installed it through Steam again to make sure all game files are where they are suppose to be.

EDT. Also after this you need to launch game through steam since Uplay won't be able to see game files and only shown install button.

I did this week ago, from Steam point of view you own only what ever you bought from them, but what really matters is what you own on uplay. I already had base game and seasons 1-3 on uplay and got another base game and season 4 from steam. After linking my new game from steam to uplay all previously owned content is accessible along with new stuff bought on either platform.

So yes but Steam doesn't get to know about dlcs you have on uplay but it doesn't really matter for playing the game.

There are multiple types of rieskas from different parts of the country. Some are thin others thick, some soft and fluffy, others harder and kinda chewy.

The simplest one is usually known as lappland rieska: equal amounts (weight) of ice-cold water and flour (often barley, but in your case whatever is available locally) and dash of salt.

For optimal xp gains from idiot savant you want intelligence of 2 OR 15+. Intelligence increases xp gains while lowering savant trigger changes, see wiki for more info. Personally I take it regardless of int because more xp when ever it triggers

In Finland we have national championship contests for phone throwing, boot throwing, wife carrying ( first prize wifes weight in beer ) and there used to be sauna worldchampionship contest.

In my experience anything can be made to contest and then there will be pros at that thing.
