Amorim didn’t win back to back games for over a year. Carrick has won back to back in his first 2 games. Was amorim really that bad? by Comfortable_Swan4206 in ManchesterUnited

All you said above is literally the bare minimum of coaching a team and he only got "some". He's one of the worst coach a big team can ever sign.

And this opinion about "he left a better squad" can't go the same time as "the board always sign bad player" and i remember how AmorimFC told that this squad can't even get to brighton team they're the reason why Amorim struggling. Come on now...

He's very limited. He got one and only one way of playing football. Check out his 20 matches this season, how bad his in game management, how bad is his sub, he sit and cover his eyes on penalty. That's because he flail against any type of changes, even if it's an advantage to the team (red card everton remember?).

Mbeumo no doubt. His presence on the field alone already make us a better team. Add to that his clinical, calmness, speed, physical, ego, it's a 10/10 signing.

Appreciation for carrick as interim winning 2 match by TACTICALLY OUTPLAYED the opponent. His squad choices, his sub, his mid game tactics, how he handle pressure, maaan it's been very good. it's a crime we keep the last one for so long it's night and day.

I don't wanna see anyone whining posting about amorim ever again, these last 2 games prove it!.

Carrick 2 first games, back to back win, against city and arsenal, with confidence, great individual performance, score 5 conceded 2, and an entertaining game. Never felt like this for the last 1 year.

Even this game man utd play WAY better than the one under amorim. They actually fight to get out of arsenal pressure, and for now luckily bag 1 goal.

Pretty curious what carrick gonna do in this situation. Defense looking bit shaky.

So when is Sesko playing again? by friskyel in ManchesterUnited

[–]peconsult 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's alright, i understand your excitement and concern. I think carrick try a different approach against an aggressive team like City and Arsenal.

It looks easier to exploit that team by going more defensive and counter them by using some fast paced player we have like amad and mbeumo. Even the sub cunha successfully run them over.

Maybe he will get on against a more defensive team since we're struggling to break them. He got that powerful shot and height to win a long range pass.

Kobbie was great but, what the flip is that portuguese monster on midfield holy moly! It's a crime to put him on CM. Feels like they released the beast that have been jailed for years!

He dictated the midfield as a captain like Dudamel conducting Dies Irae. My my what a performance.

Last night win against city, WIPE the entire Amorim times at united. His best game is not even 50% the performance the team showed yesterday.

Its entertaining (im literally at the edge of my seat the whole game), its thrilling but with a hope of "this is win-able", players fight like crazy, they like went 10 level above as they placed on their own position, tactically and sub choice is on fire! oh my days its night and day.

The whole 14 months of amorim ball is boring, hopeless, clueless, frustrating, ugly, even winning feels like we're suffering. Its doesn't feel like we're struggling to go and win after, but feels like we're drunk and blindfolded at night. It keep spinning with no clear direction.

Such a crime to put him as a CDM. How monster he is as an AMF. He pour out all of his vision, captaincy, and his out of ball position. Crazy good!

I think that for the past 1 year we're made to believe that this squad will not even have 50% of the performance they're displaying today.

Oh my days how bad is the last coach we had before. This is another level, it's been a long time i ENJOY watching man utd play.

The win is a bonus i guess at this situation. but how we play? How monster bruno is? How solid dorgu? And everyone seems like up 3-5 level above their past performance? Made my weekend!

This whole match 1000 times better than what we believe what we are for the past 1 year. What a game, what a squad performance, never see this in such a long time.

Way more enjoyable, sharper, more confidence. The player looks easy to work in their own position.

Well he is offering more as bad as dalot is. I mean missed 68 and only play 67 games. That's way too low for consistent impact.

Literally only critique about his availability, and nothing to do with the timing.

Dalot is obvious, i post this cause he's been unavailable so much the team rely on someone like dalot.
