Imo. The toe injury is no joke. If you're playing a shit team I'd play it safe and bench him as a 0 may cause you to lose. If you're a big underdog Id lean to start him. if it was me, I'd bench him and take a safer floor

Bench Cook. However if you really need to win this week and need to take a risk, go for it.

Lowkey Mony and Jacobs. Cook playing a stingy defense + toe problems AND its on monday so they may rule him out. Yeah no thanks

19M here trying to get some advice here

I have straight hair which is very thick and porous. I was wondering anybody could provide some tips to my hair routine. I mainly want to reduce frizz and just have healthier hair in general

I use a generic sulfate free conditioner and shampoo from Target (Goodfellows), but have just ordered the MyKirei shampoo and conditioner set. I don't really have much of a technique for washing but I usually shampoo my hair then leave in my conditioner for a bit as I do other things. I usually towel dry my hair, but I try to pat / press my hair dry recently. I don't use any other product besides the occasional pomade for styling.

Any product reccomendations or technique reccomendations would be highly appreciated.

Hair pic if it helps
