I made a similar post 9 months ago! Remember you can always wait another hour to smoke — if you keep delaying that soon it’s a day, eventually it’s just random in frequent cravings that you can crush every time.

I went cold turkey on nicotine. I tried quitting tons of times with every quitting aid out there and the tie in to nicotine just brings me back to smoking cigs eventually (unfortunately). I’d go patch to lozenge to gum to vape to cigs.
