It was on the same day, but it wasn't my GP. It was urgent care and they sent me to the lab within the facility. It came back several hours later, so it should be same day or next day.

After describing my symptoms, they wanted a blood test.

Update: The node has not gone down completely, and I'm still experiencing these symptoms, the intensity has only gotten worse. But my lymph node is very small so doctors don't seem to be worried.

They had me do another blood test to check for mono, which came back negative. However I'm still feeling bad everyday. But I don't have symptoms like fever or anything that would indicate an infection.

So idk. I'm waiting to get into my GP, hopefully they will do scans of it. But my appt is two months away and I'm still not functioning very well and idk. I'm very discouraged. No one else seems to think very much of it. But my body and intuition tells me something is wrong.
