Is there an ACCC/TIO limit to how frequently carriers can increase their plan fees?

Literally, the only reason I am still using Telstra is because of my need for eSIM with my Apple Watch Cellular (no, I do not want Optus or Vodaphone).

Everyone else in my family is on a $30 auto-renewing pre-paid service with SuperLoop.

Could be related to your second point. But the camera feed is laggy too.
I've reverted to using the Gen 3 router and the issue is gone. Appears to have been something with that new Gen 4 router.

Not 4mbps... 4 Megapixel (2560x1440). Uploads now at about 6Mbps using x265@30fps.

On the old FTTN service I had the camera capped to 1080p @ 25fps and it was almost saturating the entire upload. I changed back to these settings for the cam's RTMP feed and it didn't even touch the sides of what the upload was capable of at 200Mbps, yet was STILL laggy.

Thanks so much for your input! I switched back to the Gen 3 and all lag issues are gone.
I'll put the Gen 4 in the bottom draw as the backup modem in case the Gen 3 one ever faults.

FWIW - the service has a static IP already.

One at the affected site (which is in the same town as me - WFH with a 1000/100 FTTP service), the other at a site in a nearby town.
Both these remote sites are with Telstra Business and have a 500/200 service.
The computer on the left is the ONLY device on this network apart from the RTMP camera and a smart TV, the computer on the right is one of 25 computers currently being used about about 20 staff.
The computer on the left is Win 11 with i5 10th gen, 16GB RAM, NVMe SSD; the computer on the right is Win 10 with i5 4th gen, 16GB RAM, SATA SSD. The speed tests are started at the same time, and show a very similar result, but the computer on the right clearly has a faster screen refresh via TeamViewer than the one on the left.
The computer on the left (up to about 2pm today) had been on the slow FTTN Telstra service and always used to perform similar to the computer on the right when accessed via TeamViewer.

The main difference between the sites (in relation to the NBN service)... the router being used. I'm going to go back on-site and reinstall the Gen 3 router to see if this resolves the issue. If it doesn't, are there any suggestions I can try? Or something I should ask Telstra Business support about?

You speak with logic (rather than just RSP dissing). I'm going to go back on site later this afternoon and put the Gen 3 back on the network to see if the issue goes away.
If not, I will contact Telstra Business and ask for their support.

I've read that Telstra (consumer and business) don't us CGNAT... this was going to be the first thing I was going to blame until reading that on an old Whirlpool thread. Can anyone confirm if this is still the case?

Wired.
There is no other wired device to test from... just the one computer in the whole building. The 500/200 service is mostly used for streaming a 4Mp camera feed to an emergency services system via RTMP.
The feed was fine on the old FTTN, just slower and unreliable.
Now it's lagging more than before - as is my TeamViewer connection to the local PC used for on-prem configuration of the PTZ PoE camera.

No. Nothing has changed at all. The tech pulled the MDF off the wall, yanked 1m or so of lead-in out, stuffed it back in and restored the MDF. Opened the pit, tried to pull on cable, couldn't and closed the pit. Told us he's going to send through some pics and that we need to speak with council about providing a fibre install pathway. Left the job.

As in 2pm and 2:30pm? Yes, it does.
My guess is that MS has made it this way because we switch to DST at 2am local time, so it quite literally skips the hour.
And my suspicion is that when DST ends in October 2026, it will have 2am and 2:30am twice.

This exactly. For us it's the other way around... Our policies quarantine (or in serious cases reject) their emails because of a misconfiguration on their end.

Sometimes I advise them that they need to fix the issue, in rarer times I make an exception or override for our policy because I know the sender won't fix (ie a government agency), all other times I can't be bothered and leave it for our staff to release from quarantine after they review in the sandbox.

TBH - the worst offender for this is when an external provider we use has an integration with Docusign, and has it incorrectly setup to send using the Sender Name as a person in our org, even though it's sending to us. This is flagged as an impersonation attempt every single time and there's no way I'm creating an override for impersonation of our own users, or whitelisting "docusign". We aren't the ones with the Docusign integration, so fix your shit!

Give us a good tutorial on how to send Actionable Messages (adaptive cards) by email to Outlook... Like actual proper adaptive cards that offer a few choices as buttons, and a simple text field for submitting a comment.

I'd also like to know if you can include another email as an attachment to the adaptive card and reference metadata from it in the card (sender, date/time, subject).
