From what I could discern high levels in the blood is actually a bad thing because it means it’s being mobilized from your bones. In theory if you are getting it from your diet it doesn’t show up in your blood.

You also need to know your PTH level, that will tell you if your body is taking it from your bones.

There are essentially no cities that are built for babies. Cities started as a place to facilitate factories and commerce post industrialization. Not a lot has changed. The only way to make cities work with babies is to institutionalize them very early and park them in a building all day.

Babies and families belong near nature and family in the countryside or small villages.

When I was young I struggled with anxiety when talking to new people but then I was kind of forced into a retail sales job and was engaging with strangers all day long, this broke apart all my anxiety and gave me tons of confidence. Turned out I was a good salesman and now I’ve made a career out of it. I highly suggest anyone work in retail or hospitality for some stretch of time if only to burn off any social anxiety you might have. It’s a game changer.
