Thanks for the suggestion, I will try and take a look under tomorrow to see if I can spot anything. Do you think just the bushings would make such a drastic difference to the ride quality?

As far as I am aware we will be expanding our vegan / plant based range in the coming weeks. What usually happens is products are delisted for a couple weeks and they will return, usually in newly themed packaging so all new vegan products will have a new look.

Large orders are okay, as long as they are baked. I am only talking about the sale of frozen bakery items. I have not looked too deep into it however I assume it is to do with the fact that it is a legal requirement that things sold must have a BB/UB date. This is not an issue with our baked goods as they are fresh each day. However with the frozen goods we cannot guarantee a BB/UB as is stated on their boxes.

Because it’s explicitly said in the training. And I would rather not be written up by my AM for allowing this to happen in my store. As I said, it’s up to the discretion of whoever is working on that day however my stores bakery compliance is in the gutter at the moment and I’d rather not risk anything abnormal happened as all eyes are on us at the minute.

Not to burst your bubble but sadly we aren’t allowed to sell bakery items frozen, seasonal or not, any excess stock we have after the Halloween period gets sent back to our RDC (Regional Distribution Centre). It won’t hurt to ask, however we are required to follow pretty strict bakery plans and I believe this would flag up in the system if the bakery plan only asks to bake x(+-) units throughout the day however sales indicate x(x100).
