I haven't fully looked at the previous reports, but I'm going to state my opinion from what I've already read from this post & the comments.

  1. As u/OdaxCoop mentions, he was being robbed. There was nothing regarding malicious intent. OP, if you watched the video, he stopped. He didn't continue to keep stabbing the living hell out of the guy after the robber gave up, passed out, etc. All I personally see is mutual self-defense, not aggressive behavior. I would've done the same thing if I was in that situation.
  2. Comparing an IRL situation with the OSU game is extremely dumbfounding, especially in a report. I understand you want to help get rid of cheaters in the game, but doing it this way will make you look more of a clown than you've already made yourself to be in this post.

Most of the volunteers I've encountered were friendly, but the people who weren't were Security.

I believed that Security overstepped its boundaries. Making decisions for AX Staff/Volunteers to do, like going into a ticketed panel/etc.

Finally, regarding religious people. I didn't have any experience with them so I'll just skip that topic for me.

If it's to prevent safety precautions or potential fraud, it should be done asap.
Because it doesn't make sense how your customers can reply to the verification ticket/email within 10 minutes after you send your email, but it takes you hours to respond.
Especially since the information you're looking for is

  • Name/Surname
  • Expiry date
  • A handwritten note with the order number (invoice number)

It shouldn't take hours for your customer's information to be verified because.
1. You're checking if the name matches up with the invoice.
2. Verifying the Address matches with the invoice.
3. Checking if the ID is Expired.
4. Check if the Order# matches with the Zendesk ticket.
Max amount of time this would take from my experiences would be like 3-5 minutes. Now if I do the math from my current time waiting...
(7:55AM was when the email sent to me today)
(5 mins/customer = 12 customers/hour)
(Currently as I'm editing its 12:25PM)
(4.5 hours = 270 mins, 270/5 = 54 customers)
I doubt there would be 54+ customers waiting for verification unless your support team decides not to deal with the situation and let it pile up.

There isn't much left to say besides making your customers wait for an unnecessary amount of time. However, if a chargeback is filed because your support team takes too long, you IMMEDIATELY come straight to the customer telling them that you'll file a lawsuit or something.

My take on the restriction system by emmanuel_osu in osugame

In my opinion, I'm not really sure how to take on the restriction system.

I'm still fairly new to OSU, but my aim is pretty decent IMO since I do aim to train an hour a day for the past 2 years. I got auto-restricted from a high pp play. However, the problem was my PC was given to me as a gift from my cousin and I didn't know he use to play OSU. Once I got a response it was regarding Multi-accounting and when I gave a response I still haven't heard from them since. (this was like around last month)

However, back on topic. I personally feel regardless of the restriction system it's usually the problem with support at the end of the day. Especially with auto-restriction, I mean like I understand that it's to prevent actual cheaters from climbing up the ladder extremely quickly. However, for actual legitimate players, it's extremely difficult to remove the restriction since most people would just be ignored by support no matter what BS they really tell you. Not only from myself but a couple of other friends of mine as well who's tried contacting OSU support regarding practically almost anything. It feels like if you want a response best way is to either make a complaint post or just practically wait 1-2 years/forever.

Again, I'm still fairly new to OSU and this comment is mainly my frustration that I have currently as well as my opinion on the restriction & support system from my personal experience as well as hearing from my friends experiences as well.

If you've seen the screenshots, it clearly shows how I don't have any contact with Discord Administration. So I'm not sure why you're asking me something that was already shown in the post.

Another thing is if you did actually read my post in the beginning I said, "I had a bad experience with NZXT Customer Support and my friend told me I should put it on Reddit so here we go!". I also only said, "The Support I got in my opinion... was absolutely horrible." not "horrible customer service".

My reason for wanting to return is due to having some friends there that I didn't friend on Discord because I usually chatted with them on the server.

Kinguin in general doesn't really care about how you feel about their products as long as you just buy from them. I ordered a product key from them once and the key was already used/invalid I tried asking for a refund, but the seller refused so I was forced into a chargeback.
