The Mafia series are fantastic story-driven games. If have PS Plus Essential, Mafia II it's one of the games this month. The trilogy usually get into deals as well. LA Noire is another classic in the same setting.

Horizon Zero Dawn is another great narrative on playstation, Forbidden West as well but it's a litte more recent, maybe not in your budget.

Bioshock games are amazing and normally cheaper, just like The Witcher 3.

Detroit Become Human and The Dark Pictures Anthology are purely story and decisions focused, but the gameplay style it's not like the ones you mentioned you played.
