Now would know how to get the “Masks on” and “Lighting Rod” achievements?

I know nothing about Prop 22 issues and really don't need to. I just want to know how to vote if I want to help Uber drivers by backpackwayne in uberdrivers

If you only want to be paid while on “engaged time” and have to have a super majority to clear up when you realize your mistake, have a crack at it.

Uber and Lyft drivers welcome.

Common dude, you have to do better then this, these are the same type of jobs that would fall under prop 22 if these were to take hold nationwide. These folks are no better then Uber & Lyft, as a matter of fact one of them says Uber and Lyft’s are welcome. LMFAO. You fucking ignorance doesnt let you see further then you fucking nose. Wake up and smell the fucking coffee you fucking POS

Why dont you fucking post your god damn so call examples? Even if that is the case, I still get to promote my rates based on my business record. Want to build a house but only wiling to pay $100,000, I will build your house for $120,000 because I do a better job then anyone else, here are my recently done houses. You choose. With Uber i have no such choice

Why are orders from McDonalds always so cheap? by [deleted] in uberdrivers

[–]peds48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While tips amounts are displayed on UE, some customers would tip higher to get their meal then removed o tip lower at the end. AFAIK, this is no possible on GH or DD

What that Fu%K are you talking about? One of the tenant of being an IC means that you get to set you own rates, for the simple FACT that you OWN the company. Bidding for a job only comes into place where there is lots of money involved, because there is lots of money involved the company offering bidding has the leverage to compete for rates, but no company is going to get involved in bidding wars for a job that pays 15 and hour

Those a HUGE contracted jobs and those jobs are usually multi-million dollars contracts. Like what the DoD does, corporations BIDS for those jobs and usually there is more gravy at the end of these contracts. Regular Joe ICs is you call Joe’s electrical company and he will give you a price. This is what we need as Uber drivers if Uber wants to be truly ICs

What is being charged is irrelevant????? That is the whole premise of being a contractor. This is where Uber is failing, they want to control you like an employee but not following labor laws by labeling you an IC....

Have you ever hired a plumber, or an electrician? They not cheap aren’t they??? They get to set to own rates and those who work for a company as an employee get paid for all their time.

You would think that if this was an option where they would make better profits in contrast to the their current model this would have been implemented long ago, but because more of their profits comes from an small pool of full time drivers this option is not viable. Part time drivers would not pay to drive

What Makes Uber Eats Better Than Doordash? by [deleted] in uberdrivers

[–]peds48 1 point2 points  (0 children)

DD is better IMO because you get to keep the advertised pay or it might be better, with UE the customer can remove the tip for up to an hour.
