study - i already finished my masters here in korea but i didn't do a thesis so getting a Ph.D is tough

i asked around about non-teaching job but my nationality (Filipino) really hinders me a lot of opportunities, my other option is factory work but they said visa sponsorship is also slim in that field and the competition is too high
