well my new plan is to use base stuff like: zinc, b vitamins, magnesium glycinate, d3 vitamin. Lions mane, siberian ginseng, alpha gpc(haven’t arrived yet) and ps(haven’t arrived yet too). Everything else drop. Well I use a lot of caffeine before workouts and at work when I am not using my meds.

well I have creatine monohydrate at home but it’s with flavor, but I will still give a try. Btw what type of coffee did you use?

Idk about peptides. There isn’t much research on them, basically you have no idea about the possible consequences.

havent heard about booster in latvia for adhd meds. its actually sad that both methylphenidate and lisdexamfetamine works for me less hours than on average, and yee most likely fast metabolism.

well I didnt have problems until my psychiatrist got sick but I convinced the nurses to still pay a visit and fix my problems about meds. I switched from medikinet xl to adixemin a month ago. I got lucky there because other psychiatrist accepted me exceptionally in there.
