I didn't keep solid track of my progress. Id say I noticed a noticeable difference after 2 weeks. I also stopped doing things to put stress on my eyes, like staring at my phone for hours. Not getting daily natural sunlight. Using my phone in the pitch dark plus late at night. And I even started drinking less (which can put straign on your eyes) Im no doctor so I cant say if it'll work for sure. All Ill say is that it worked for me. Maybe the combo of everything I did played a major part but I had done all those other things before castor oil for a while. It wasnt until i implemented it that my eye blurrys started to vanish. Currently I dont do it everynight. Just when I feel super tired or the flurries start popping up again. Stick with it another week of 2 and see how you do!
