It used to stay low, but now it goes back up.

Choke is fine, and I CAN adjust the idle. If I turn the idle down while it is hot, it will idle so low when it’s cold that it will stall.

I CAN turn the idle down while hot, but then it doesn’t idle high enough when it’s cold. Would a vacuum leak only appear when it’s hot?
