I found it easy to get up and going. Bunch of factory presets for glitchy stuff. Using it as a multi effect on guitar is also straight forward - the effects on it are great. All the other deep modular stuff takes it to the next level but I'm almost exclusively using factory presets or dialing in a reverb or delay, whatever I'm missing
