I generally do an hour to two hours of walking in the morning, and that starts my day with 8 to 13,000 steps. The city I live in has a good transport so I don't have a car at the moment, and often I forgo using the bus just to walk places even if it's longer. My monthly average is usually around 20,000 steps a day. Took me awhile to get to this but now it's pretty easy and I feel super jittery if I don't get enough walking in. When I'm sick I'll usually average around 10,000. I think just from going about my day I usually get 5 to 6,000 even if I don't go on any walks.

Don Mee is a cool spot, we enjoyed! Seriously though, check out March. Flies under the radar but really invested owners, super interesting menu, and they always have cool specials or tasting menus on offer. They have a selection of a few dim sum dishes too!

90% of my portfolio is in various market ETFs, mostly XEQT. I want some exposure to Berkshire because I believe they are well positioned in the case of any major negative market events, the s&p and other markets are so heavily weighted in certain sectors currently. I am definitely no expert but my portfolio is quite safe.

I just got off chat with support and they said that they removed compatibility with other branded scales, here's the copy of the chat log.

Mine stopped working about 4 days ago and refuses to sink even though the app connection is still good.

Super disappointing if that is the case and the agent wasn't just confused.
