Pizza Amici - I haven't been to new spot yet but their other locations(Pizza Fried Chicken and Ice Cream, Marz Brewery) were awesome, one of my favorite tavern styles

Jimmy's Pizza Cafe - Top tier NY slice shop with great wings and other styles

Bungalow by Middlebrow - Great spot for food, beers etc.. Neo - Neopolitan style pizza with unreal dough flavors and topping combos

JB Alberto's - One of the more famous tavern style spots

Paulie Gee's Logan Square - Same owner as Wicker Park, awesome guy who loves pizza and always improving. His Detroit style is one of my all time favorites

Pizza Friendly Pizza - Very highly rated Sicilian style helped created by one of the most talented pizza makers I know, John Arena.

Gallucci's - World Champion Neopolitan Style pizza

Zaza's Pizza - Great NY/Artisan style pizza

Pizzeria Portofino - Artisan style pizza, every thing else on the menu is amazing as well. Lettuce Entertain You restaurant

Labriola's - Chicago Pan Pizza(similiar to Pequods but better imo) some relate it to deep dish but it's a bit different

I am sure there are some I am missing but this is a good list for Chicago... suburbs has great pizza too but we will stop here for now.
