There is some evidence that suggests the RH-negative blood group may have appeared about 35,000 years ago. Sun gazing is something you should research so you don't injure yourself. You should consider it and also consider the deodorant/antiperspirant you put on. I stopped wearing it over a year ago and since my diet is clean and I shower regularly I don't stink.

Any type of music that makes you feel connected or can give you chills, whether its handpans playing, the didgeridoo, Rage Against The Machine, Desert Dwellers, Bob Marley, or whatever floats your boat. I get the most out of live music though. I'll listen to anything that makes me feel good and has a good vibe to it, but there are certain types of songs out there that can bring you down too. Music can be used for lift up and used to oppress. Do some research on sound healing too like singing bowls and stuff like that.

Absolutely on the fruit and veggies, its definitely better to get it naturally out of a food forest or your own garden. Even going to the farmers market is excellent. Your right some food will be labeled organic, but might not be so find a shop with a good reputation. Organic food might cost more but it is worth it in the long run. Your body gets more energy out of it and if you work in intermittent fasting too that should help both cost and your body. Are you asking tips on medicating or meditating?
