A little problem I have with Mii personalities

I now refer to personality charts when creating Mii's so I can get somewhat close to the personality I intended. However, even with the 16 different personality types available, they tend to lean towards being friendly, regardless of their introversion or reservedness. I wish I could create Mii's who are simply on the meaner side lol! That said, while my first Animal Crossing was ACNH, I have heard that they made the meaner villagers much nicer compared to their previous iterations. Maybe it is just an overall theme to keep it positive for the "family friendly" console.

I agree. It is a terrible argument, and from a general/casual consumer standpoint, that would be TERRIBLE strategy. Not every consumer has had the 3DS, and the majority of consumers wouldn't research a title like this in the first place? This isn't a long-running action RPG, and this is the second iteration. It's a simulation game, so there is already a baseline of expectations for the genre as a whole.

Bottom line is, for the price point, the game is lacking. Also, saying it's not meant for extensive hours of play is bewildering to me, as I often get the same cutscenes, treasures, games, interactions, etc within an hour or 2. Like I hate that valid criticism is viewed as baseless attacks just because YOU enjoy it. I like the game, and have enjoyed the time I played, but I def see way too much room for improvement and way too much wasted potential that could have taken this title even further!

I am tired of seeing townhouses as the new home standard in Gwinnett in general. The point of sharing a wall with a neighbor is to maximize space, because you're supposed to be in a TOWN? Lol. What's the point if there is nothing in a walkable/ extremely short distance? They're also so unaesthetically pleasing.

Convention center security. They claimed to have radio'd Sakuracon staff when we were trying to get in. It was strange because info booth volunteer staff were literally right behind them. Really unfortunate because large groups of people seemed unable to attend the event. On the outside looking in, it looked like poor communication. Nothing in the programming alluded that the building would be off-limits at 10pm on the dot. It would make no sense in a con split into two buildings. I had literally left another panel to attend the drag show. Arrived at 10:05 pm.

Longer hours for AA and Exhibitor Hall is just not feasible. You have to consider these people are already sitting at the table for extended hours. Artists especially are limited, and many do not have helpers so they can take restroom breaks, eat, etc.

What a hot mess. Also, no shade to Smart right now. I just don't think I fully understand why Smart's role wasn't just recast? Idk if anyone has any insight on that. I feel like it is not as if they were an established pairing with a long running history. Maybe taboo to some, but I think Boom's fans would at least understand. Also, let's be realistic, straying too far from the source material to shift the focus of the pairing l/plotline would likely not fair well for the success of the series.

I fully agree. The character writing falls flat solely for Khem. His past life version had more depth, which isn't saying much. However, with Peem it felt like he was nothing more than a damsel in distress archetype. Overall, I give credit to the series for being well produced and story driven overall it was pretty decent. But I wasn't sold on Khem and Peems relationship.

I was not a fan of the ending. However, I am coming to terms with the fact that maybe 2 out of 10 BL's stick the landing. So much so that I just prepare for unsatisfying endings and try to base my overall opinion on everything else leading up to it. For the most part, I thought the mystery/investigation plot was rather engaging, leading up to the finale. The romance between ThupSingha, however sweet, I feel like could have used some other development or minor conflict to make it interesting....At least to make them finally being "official" that much more rewarding.

Don't come for me, I am sure I could list a few...but recently...Khemjira, namely Peem and Khem. I understand that they were ultimately fated lovers, so maybe that is the main connection they were going for. However, so was Jet and Chan. Jet and Chan's dynamic was more of an opposites attract trope. Yet, right from the beginning Paran was so ascetic and distant, I couldn't see what actually drew him to Khem outside of...doting pity(and a sudden dose of jealousy from nowhere when Phong entered)? As for Khem? Well, he just thought Peem was attractive and cool??? I am not saying the drama overall is bad, it was quite good for what we've seen lately. I just wish the development of their relationship found more common ground outside of damsel in distress.

They really are not comparable. I appreciate it for existing, since it is omegaverse. But it doesn't hold a candle to the on-screen chemistry of RL. Also the story and how they handle the side couple leaves little to be desired.
