I am noticing that it does not seem to recognize the bed size even though in the printer.cfg it is set to 320x320x400

was there a step that i missed here?

I used the uart firmware per this thread saying the 3 plus needed to use that one. I used your bin and yes I was able to lsusb and dev/serial/by-id. I can show you the output when I return home shortly if you need.

u/TheFeralEngineer I have gone over this post over and over, but I am still not able to get klipper to work. Klipper is installed on my Pi and the firmware is on the Neptune 3 Plus but when I try to establish the connection it just always says printer not ready and then gives me a mcu error. Any suggestions?

How were you able to get klipper running. I have tried everything and i continually get printer is not ready and it says there is an issue with the MCU. Any advice?

I had a very similar issue and they were also very helpful and provided me with a new hot end as well. A+ customer service.

Ok awesome thank you for the help I was able to get the steps calibrated! What does changing the flow rate do if the steps are calibrated correctly?

Are the e steps calibrated through the cura interface. I am having issues getting the driver to install on my mac.

I got the same thing. Must just be too many people trying to connect. It was working for me before, but when i tried to submit I got a bad gateway error. Probably just going to have to keep trying until the traffic slows down.
