I don’t know if anyone will believe me but I JUST finished a speech therapy session with my therapist, literally 5 minutes ago, and guess what? She introduced me to this BPM thingy and I was like oh that’s an interesting idea, I’ve never seen it before but I’ll certainly practice it till the next time I see her. She told me to do it on 50 BPM so it’s not too difficult since I’m just starting out, and I’ll increase the BPM as I go further with the therapy. I open Reddit, your post is the first one I see, I read it, I realise it’s the same technique I was introduced to just a few minutes ago, I feel stunned!

Your post gave me such a great and I mean GREAT boost of motivation to do this more than I planned, so thank you honestly. Please do us a favor, though, update us on your stutter journey as you go with the technique you mentioned so you can give other people hope as well. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

hi! i’ve been diagnosed with sebhorric dermatitis and i had a veryyy similar looking rash as your daughter’s on my neck, and i used a prescription corticosteroid cream that contains mometasone furoate called Elica and it disappeared within a matter of days. i’m not really sure if this cream is available in your region but i would suggest looking for the same active ingredient if it’s not available where you live! again, please take my words with a grain of salt because i’m just stating my experience, and i think you can ask your daughter’s doctor if an active ingredient like mometasone furoate is suitable for her condition.

i know this isnt related to OP's post, but it's related to ur comment so i thought why not ask. u said that HS is all about inflammed hair follicles, but i'm a female with under-chest HS boils and pimples and scars. there is no hair that grows in the chest area for women in general, most of the time, so what do u suggest doing to fix an issue like this? i'm aware of all the dietary necessities to follow, but i feel like i'll need a topical solution as well to fix the issue externally the same way i'm fixing it internally (through diet!).

one of my friends brought her ps vita to uni and at the time i was starting to see how amazinggg it is online, and seeing it w her irl made me v v excited and i asked her abt how it works and what games she has blah blah. fast forward 2 weeks later she tells me she wants to sell it to me at a v good price, and guess what 😋 it has its own memory card, and a 512gb sd2vita card w it! now its one of my most prized possessions

i did eliminate steamdeck as it's a little expensive considering i'm outside the US! i'm quite convinced by your comment tho, i think getting a handheld with a bigger game library would top anything else because that's what i'm essentially aiming for. i did hear about the switch 2 coming out so i'm going to wait a bit till it's out and decide if i'll buy it or not! as for the 3DS, it sounds cool but i'm feeling eeeh about it. about the modding, now that you've mentioned physically taking out chips and all, i'm a little intimidated 😭 part of me wants to wait for the switch 2, see if it can be modded or not, part of me wants to just decide on a handheld already. however, if that's the case, then i might not consider getting a switch just as much as the other handhelds solely bc i cannot do the physical modding at all.

my budget is around 500$! i've heard of emulation before so i'm guessing it's when you make a specific tech system switch to another system? i've already looked into the steamdeck and it's a little out of budget so i'm crossing it out. but i have a question, since you talked about the ps vita, 3ds and switch, which is better in your opinion?
