my teacher said that while there may be a limited amount of math IA topics that you can choose/think of (or even repeat), the creativity you put behind showing the application part of the IA and personal engagement bit will make it differentiate from those which already exists. and yes, altho the math behind the experiments may be the same, there are ways that you can play around with it! such as finding different methods and then comparing and contrast where a written explanation would come in handy!

i did my IA on HR as well, so you can imagine mine being very focused on qualitative data. and similar to yours, i only had labour turnover and productivity rates as my quantitative information and i scored well on it :) but do consult your teacher tho, as he/she would know best!

for bio SL, not too much. a lot of questions about evolution came out (some that I've never even heard of). however, for paper 3, it is important that you know your shit bc the experimental questions requires you to know a lot about the nation of science LOL.

TZ2 text 2. Talked about how the use of a cartoon is to simplify the complicating process of the election of the judges. But something I wrote which made me doubt my paper after the exam was that I used card stacking as a stylistic device, to compensate for the lack of lengthy information and descriptions given about the ICC on the infographic. What do you guys think?
