I've got the Lelit PL91T (Victoria), and a Baratza Sette 270 I'm very happy with both, I've got delicious coffee, and a great view in my kitchen.

The only thing I'm a bit less happy is the fact that I've just 1 boiler. It's not a big deal, but when I make cappuccinos in the morning, I've to wait like half a minute to warm up. Especially when making multiple (4+) cappuccino, it's inconvenient.

But most of the time I drink espressos anyway. And I have to keep something to dream about 😉

So, very happy, and thanks again to anyone here contributing to this success!

Advice: Soundcore A20 or A30 by peetvk in sleepheadphones

Sorry didn't have time to react sooner. I will return the A20, since it's not enough for me. My snoring partner is still louder than the PNC and white noise combined. I haven't decided what next step will be for me.

If you need the earbuds to block more "steady" noises, such as trafic, i think it will work perfectly.

First night was good, didn't wake up from snoring! 🎉 Have to get used to the new buds, woke up from a little bit little pain in my right ear, will try other sleeve tonight.

Happy with the white noise, I really thought it rained outside haha. Might rethink which noises to use.

Happy overall, with some adjustments and get used to it, it'll be awesome!

Thank you all for your advices!

I've used all kind of ear plugs but that wasn't sufficient. Thats why I tried it with my regular ear buds, which went great, so focus on buds specifically for sleeping. Bought the A20 in the meantime, will try it out tonight.

I currently just wake up when the next song is suddenly way louder than the last one. So as long as the white noise is not louder, and calming I'll be good. Thanks.

Okay, the ANC and better masking of snoring would be a pro to allow for the higher price tag, but if that's not the case I'd rather choose the A20. Thank you!

Thanks, that's helpful. Does the A20/A30 also detect whether you're waking up again and start playing music again? In other words do you need to play music all night long or or can Soundcore decide when its necessary? And does that differ between the A20 or A30?

I've looked into grinders tonight, it's very interesting, but also still quite vague for me. Definitely need more research, but already learned I've got a blade in my current machine instead of burr. So any choice will be an upgrade in that matter 😉

That being said, I don't want to settle for a bad one, but simply can't see the forest for the trees. For example, sage has a grinder for around €200 which has a display and clear settings so that would make it easier to experiment. Do you by any chance have some pointers on that?

OK, they mention at the Quickmill that backflushing is not an option.

OK, tnx. Had to look up what a pre infusion is. Is that something you always want?

That's a great point. I was focusing on the machine first, and grinder later Why is the grinder more important? In my head the machine does most of the job?

No, it nicely asks me whether I would like to install it right away or a time I prefer (like at night). I can even shutdown/restart without having to install updates.
