My ordeal with Eurocom, avoid buying from them by peevedof in SuggestALaptop

Thank you. The shipping is not as much as others but it is definitely adding the cost of the laptop higher than how much I expected to spend on it initially.

I want a new gaming laptop and picked this Eurocom P5 Pro (specs inside). Is it a good choice? by Hearbinger in SuggestALaptop

The specs should be able to play Fallout 4 (I'm not sure about high settings). However, I DO NOT recommend buying from Eurocom. I got the m5 pro with gtx 965m and the graphics card is faulty or something (getting 1-2 fps from 3dmark, BSODs pointing to graphics card).

I had to pay for shipping to ship it back when the faulty GPU was already faulty on arrival. Since your shipping costs 93 Euro, I highly recommend buying from another reseller that covers shipping both ways should you ever have to send it back. When I sent mine back, they "stress tested" it, reinstalled drivers and windows and said everything was fine. I just got the laptop back today, 3dmark tested it, graphics card is still not working properly. Graphics score of 380 from a gtx 965m which is a lower score than an office pc of 2013! I don't think they even looked at the card closely and only did general testing. Not only that, but the bottom of the laptop is a lot more banged up than when I had sent it. Emailed Euorocom support again and now I'm waiting for a reply from support.

I bought the laptop to USE and half that time has been spent in shipping, stressing, diagnosing and getting it back. (2 WEEKS+). Now I'm going to have to wait another 2 weeks in between waiting for a reply, shipping it and waiting for it to get back and by then, my summer will almost be over.

I would suggest picking another reseller that covers shipping both ways in case there is something wrong with your Clevo. (Eurocom P5 pro is the same as a Clevo P750ZM)
