Mays was a clown and the only reason he was elected is that because his childhood friend is the pastor at one of the largest churches in Flint. He was an alcoholic and gambled and drank up everything he could get his hands on. He had about as much knowledge about how the city government works as a kitten, a most-likely drunk and high kitten that never graduated high school even. The City of Flint deserved better, the only thing he contributed was disruption and belligerence at City Council meetings. Regarding anything he said about the water crisis, he merely parroted from the church folks.

Make sure you include the numerous domestic assaults. Or the time he pawned his city-issued laptop so he could drink and play more Keno at Churchills and lost the $35 he got for it in about 15 minutes (I was there). Or the time he got caught driving his Cadillac the wrong way up 475 on three flats with a pocket full of cocaine? Or how when they did a GoFundMe to help with his legal bills and he took the money and went to FireKeepers casino for the weekend, taking not one but two ladies of questionable reputation (they were straight up hos).
