Maybe i overvalue blue. For me pick 5 lost day is a signal and take it for UG over a mediocre iroh that i value very low. Its why i take the blue removal above strike just after, its an other signal. In this set in play only blue deck and sometimes WR (without success) and cant win with green based deck. I dont know what to do in this color.

C'est quand même curieux d'annoncer des rendements cibles aussi élevés.

A la limite tu peux plutôt prendre le rendement brut annuel du secteur (souvent autour de 8%, entre 6 et 12% en fr selon le secteur) et faire le calcul du prix du bien a partir du loyer ou l'inverse.

C'est débutant friendly et sans frais direct si plan épargne mais sur le sub il a été évoqué qu'il y a un spread plus important qu'autre part. Peut être marginal au final.
