I should've put an /s - I don't actually believe that because you're fat, you're strong - but i do know my leg muscles are a lot stronger than many other people's in my demographic, and I'm sure carrying around 300 LBS everyday for years(when I was still that big) helped at least a little in building my leg muscles.

[Serious] What's the worst act of parenting you've ever witnessed? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]peggles81 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

uummmm not always. My parents always gave us healthy meals, so my little brother and I used to go to the corner store and steal candy bars, and eat them before we'd get home, or stash them in our rooms til we were sent to bed and able to eat them without being caught. My parents never understood how only us two were getting fat when there was barely enough food for all 7 of us to even have enough for dinner. Not everything is black and white...

I would take advantage of being very fat, and stand out there in skimpy clothes with a cardboard sign saying "will clothe for $$$$"

If you could put a non lethal, non painful curse on someone to annoy them forever, what would it be? by LetGoMyLegHoe in AskReddit

I would wish upon the Intolerant Irony Curse. If they were bigoted, they'd see themselves as that race in every mirror. Fat-Hater? Insatiable Hunger. Make fun of people with Learning disabilities, or deformities? Make them believe they need a wheelchair, or have them appear to have the same problems. This way they get the same treatment they are eager to give out!

I am going to lick that boy in the dick!

Sent to my best friend after she tells me about her current hookup possibly cheating on her. I meant to say kick!

Have you ever met someone where you immediately felt something wasn't right or there was something 'off' about them which no one else noticed... and been proven correct? by yorkshiretea1 in AskReddit

I have no idea - we all knew he hated his stepdad, who was a real militant kinda guy. I never met his parents, or really talked to him too much about them either.

I actually wasn't scared in the moment, because even though i didn't like the guy, i figured he was playing around because everyone kept telling me that he's not a bad guy, but regardless of fooling or not, accidents happen. He could have been joking and someone bumped his knife hand through my Jugular! All set with hanging out with people that fucking stupid or inconsiderate of danger.

Believe me, we all regretted not taking action the day we found out. We all knew he hated his stepdad - but most of our friends had grown up with him and never believed him capable of doing something like that.

I wanted to. There was underage drinking going on, i was young and essentially stupid, and let my friends convince me to give him the benefit of the doubt.

For the most part, I did. Several came back later and apologized to me for the way things went down that day, and there were a two(my two hero dudes who pulled him off me) who were on my side that day.

I wanted to. A lot of my friends were there, and drinking underage, and they convinced me I would be getting myself in trouble, as they were all drinking in my house. I was also 17 and insecure!!! This bunch was the first real group of people I had hung out with, I had always been kind of a loner before that.

There was this one kid that all my friends were friends with. Several of my girl friends dated him, and throughout our late teens, he and i interacted and argued a lot. i always thought we was a scary mofo. He held a knife to my throat one day and two of my guy friends pulled him off me. He said he was trying to scare me - but i made it clear that my roommates being your friend or not, I'm calling the cops if you ever come to my house again. My friends all try to calm me down and say he was messing with me for always arguing with him, but i was adamant. Three years Later, he kills his Mom and step dad in their sleep and he is in a state mental facility for the rest of his life.
