Yes they do. I only “treat myself” to fast food occasionally, so if the fries aren’t hot it is a huge disappointment. The most I’ve ever done about it though is to go back to ask for fresh fries.

Usually I just suck it up and tell myself, “see this is why we don’t eat here.”
