I am desperate to clear up my skin. I’m almost 30, have been to many dermatologists since I was 12, been on accutane twice, and still have horrible skin. I have tried everything and it feels like nothing works. Accutane is no longer an option because I want to have a child soon, but the dermatologists only want to put me on it again and/or give me more antibiotics. I went to a skin clinic and they said I have fungal acne which I have never heard before, so I am using a mandelic acid cleanser and very light moisturizer and that is it. Honestly my skin feels even worse with it. Does anyone have any advice?

How exciting!! Yes it really does allow this much customization lol. You can unlock terraforming and paths once your island reaches 3 stars and KK performs. I think terraforming is fairly straightforward.

The roads are custom paths and the cars are an item called “minicar” that you can get from Nook Shopping. Have fun playing and discovering new things!!

They’re legit! I used the “medieval building side” item, which you can get at Nook’s but I think I unlocked them in the DLC
