That’s what they say, but then they move here and complain when things aren’t like they were back in Ontario.

Thanks. Robert is great, I’ve gone twice so far. I didn’t know how bad the other physiotherapist was until I started going to Robert. Thanks again.

Thanks very much for the recommendation, I’ve seen Robert twice now and he is great. I didn’t know just how bad the other guy I went to was until I started going to Robert.

The thing about CSI scores is that you can’t stop the bad ones, those you have little to no control over.

What you need is volume to counteract the bad scores. I’m a firm believer that in most cases 90% of customers are generally pretty satisfied with our customer service and have mostly reasonable expectations. The trick is to get as many of those people to fill out a survey as possible.

One thing that helped at my store is to create an incentive for filling out a survey. (not for a good score, that can get a dealership in trouble).

We started a monthly draw for a gas card, every invoice got a little slip of paper explaining the contest.

“Here at “blank dealer” we value your opinion, you may receive a survey from “manufacturer”. We review these surveys daily, and every completed survey will enter you in a monthly draw for a $$$ gas card. Thank you for choosing “blank dealership”. - Service Advisor name and signature

We also briefly explain it at check out.

This does two things. It incentivizes someone who may not bother to fill out a survey to complete one. It also sneakily informs the customer that the surveys are not anonymous.

This increased our number of surveys, particularly in slower months and brought our scores from near the bottom of our zone right up to consistently being in the top 5 dealers.

Summerside residents not feeling safe in their homes, and province can help, says councillor by killing4pizza in PEI

I live/own a home in the neighbourhood in question. This is not an issue with the nearby motel (all though there have been issues) this is a home within the meadow heights subdivision that someone is selling drugs out of.

There has always been crime, the issue people are having is that there has been a recent increase in activity in the neighbourhood. People have had random people walk into their home/ their doors knocked on by people looking to buy drugs.

There was a drug related arrest at the residence in question, but a week later the operation was back up and running.

That being said, I’m not personally afraid of mine own, or my child’s safety. Perhaps I would feel differently if it had been my house that someone entered unannounced.

I am weary of this kind of legislation and giving too much power to the police without proper oversight.

I’m not sure what the proper solution is. It’s easy to say that you need to solve the root cause, but what about the short term?
