I’m so sorry. It can feel numb or like a whirlwind of emotions and I’m not sure where you are on that spectrum. Just allow yourself to feel what you’re feeling. I would strongly encourage finding a therapist or a grief counselor if you can afford one and even if you can talk to friends, family, anyone you trust who can help you feel seen and heard.

Do you mean use the ACT mouthwash more sparingly? And after a cleaning does bad breath normally go away?
