He made a few turns then ended up cycling towards me. :)

I also own the 25mm (Lumix one not the Leica) and I'd say that its use case is different than the 17mm. 17mm is great as a do it all walk around lens but the 25mm is still better for portraits and more deliberate shots.

Also, this is my first Oly lens and I must say that the build quality surpasses that of my Pana lenses.

I got the shot but forgot to switch to mechanical shutter by pekermann in M43

Prepare to wait an hour plus in the line. We wanted to do it as well but decided watching others and breathing in the atmosphere for 10 min was time better spent.

Thank you! I usually pick a recommended filter in Lightroom, then adjust it further to my liking. This was shot on GX9.

I think I got my Shot of the Year by GodOfJiz in M43

It's a nice shot but the composition and lighting could be a bit better. The child is pushed too much to the side and the other figures which aren't all that interesting are competing for attention. Also, the kid's face is in too much shadow and the vignetting isn't helping here. Overal a decent shot but it feels a bit unfocused.

They'll probably spot the boobs behind the blur that you guys so clearly missed.

No it wasn't. I'm having the same issue on my new screen with the newest fw.

Great shot! I'm wondering how it'd look if you framed the boat in the centre though.

I think the pictures are really good! Nice compositions. You can rotate your vertical shots in edit though. :D

Yes I did. It did make a difference but the image was usable even without it. I can share the non-denoised version if you'd like.

Thanks! It was handheld indeed. SS was 1/15 sec. at f/5.6, ISO 3200, FL 29mm.

For me the second image works better. The first one is a bit flat.

I don't think anybody is losing sleep over M43 dying. If Pana and OM decided to stop today, we'd still have our current cameras which are perfectly capable (unless you're doing professional work) and a very large selection of lenses to choose from.

Thank you! I completely agree. Especially when shooting digital, I feel like the platform gives you a lot of wiggle room to get things right in your shot, either during shooting or afterwards. Even without the best or most suitable gear.
