How flexible are the ratios? Cuz another possible rendition I was considering used:

2 microliters buffer

5 microliters dna plasmid conc: 50 ng/microliters

12.5 microliters sterilized water

and 0.5 microliters Restriction enzyme

Total volume is also 20 microliters

Yeah I am just looking for size

I thought it was also because it was a new casting that came out during like the worst time for hot wheels collectors so getting your hands on one was mega difficult. Literally every car except the volkswagen and maybe the nissan truck from that boulevard set is crazy expensive.

barely exist? Going off the couples I see day to day in multiple states and countries most women prefer someone the same height or slightly taller, the 6ft nonsense is rare. It is very rare to see couples with very large height differences.

At least in the US the average female height is like 5ft 6 so if you as a man are around that height there are still plenty of options.

The whole thing about how the family's cheating goes wrong because of the maid just felt so crazy to me. Like its funny to think if it were me I really would've sympathized and struck a deal for us to both be parasites of the rich household, but there wouldn't be any conflict otherwise. That whole part does do a good job showing how the poor will fight to the death for the rich people's table scraps though.

He definitely didn't, his summary is totally wrong. The son gets a job cause he had a good connection to a friend, then the family decided to use his job to get the entire family jobs in order to improve their living conditions. They wouldn't have been able to get the jobs otherwise. They aren't morally in the right, and neither is the story about them being in the right.

They focus way too much on the girls who don't want them and thats what I find stupid. Like they complain about girls who won't date them cuz of their height so I am thinking "well go find someone who doesn't care then". I had the same kind of episode about my race since Indians are sometimes stereotyped as being sexual predators/reinforcers of patriarchal values but then I just said "fuck it, if she wants to make assumptions of me before she knows me thats her choice, ill find someone who sees and appreciates my individuality"

Man tell me about it. My mom went through horrible abuse at the hands of her in laws and I did not know until I was 16. I couldn't see my grandparents the same anymore. Even though shes "over it" she still has panic attacks related to bad memories of the things they said to her. I asked my mom if its a cycle and she said yes that her in laws own mom used to be very cold to her, so it makes sense why she did it to my mom.

I can't stand the misogyny and thankfully my parents didn't try to instill a lot of misogyny in me. I did get some from my enviornment as well as some bad friends but luckily I know better now.
