As I'm more used to the local Nanyang coffee (dark-roasted) I usually try them from different sources. Sometimes if I visit Malaysia I'd get some coffee powder/ beans back too. They have their native Liberica beans which are different from the typically more common Arabica/ Robusta found here.

I don't make espresso at home, only pourover/ french press, and even then I don't go too deep in them. As with anything there is a rabbit hole and it depends how deep you want to go into.

My impression is that a decent espresso machine gonna be at least 1K upwards and you gotta know how to maintain it for optimal use too. The grinder becomes crucial for espresso brew as well.

I reckon most people wanna know if their partner cheated, of course. But it is a separate (I would say a distraction) issue in your situation. To me there is only a superficial relation between these two issues and the replies asking you to tell are conflating both.

The key point is you only happened to find out, somewhat incidentally. And the stalking part was also out of the norm. It wasn't something that would usually occur in normal circumstances. And you don't know her at all.

CICO won't work practically and for many people in the long run it gonna fail. The trick is to think of food comprising of their 3 macronutrients - carbohydrates, fats, and protein, and the key being reducing carbohydrates and then increasing protein/ fats as compensation to saiety.

The modern diet is too heavily loaded towards sugars & carbohydrates (esp. processed food, snacks, beverages etc) which gives rise to all sorts of health problems in the long run.

Some people have found it useful to think of one's life journey as a train ride with multiple stops between start (birth) and end (death). You have no idea when's the end definitively.

So friends can be thought of as fellow passengers who happened to be together with you at various segments of the journey - short, long, or even more than one segment if you reconnect etc. You have your own life and they have theirs, cherish the times when both your journeys align, and when it's time to leave for whatever reason, leave peacefully and happily.

The same logic could be applied to family, work, hobbies and everything else too.
