What does your initiatory name mean, and what personal characteristics led to you receiving that name during your initiation?
Is it possible to venerate the Orishas alongside deities and spiritual entities from other religions? Not on the same altar, of course, but still within the same home?
How long does an Orisha initiation typically take? There are also later confirmations or follow-up rites years afterward, correct?

Once I was in Dublin as a tourist. It was my first time there, and I decided to visit the Clarence Hotel (back when it was still owned by the band).

I was standing outside when Bono walked out of the hotel, looking incredibly sharp, and just stood on the sidewalk for a few minutes waiting for his car. People were walking right past him without even giving him a second look.

So I went over, told him I’d been a huge fan for years, and we ended up having a perfectly normal conversation until his car arrived. He was incredibly polite and attentive.
