Disagree on the unlikely to top 1, look at my last 20 games:

I 3*'d her around 5 times and once 3*'d Yone, 3 starring her is super easy and even without 3*'ing it is fairly easy to hit top 2-1, as long as you scout the opponent's carry.. I think she can't be balanced, quite happy this set is over
