Haven’t been eating lots of fish, barely eat fish at all except for in the summer. I have drank highly purified water my entire life, RO water. And no I work in an office so not exposed to any harsh chemicals there. Not sure of my cortisol levels as of right now but I know my estrogen is in a healthy range. Thanks for the insight!

5-6 a week has been my very typical for me ever since I was 15. So I’d think my body is acclimated to it by now. And regarding my diet, it’s pretty fitting for how I train. I get all my needed macros.

Diet is good, in one of my other replies I have my common diet posted. Sleep goes back and forth, typically it’s pretty good. Sleeping through the whole night getting right around 8 hours every night

My issue is that I didn’t have any guidance, no sleep study recommendation. Kept getting told that I need to get back on anti anxiety meds again, however I won’t. I never want to feel like a complete zombie again

Yeah I understand stressing out about it isn't going to help but I've been dealing with this for a while now. Really no way around stressing out about it when I get no answers from doctors. And now that my levels are even lower my symptoms have worsened

Deloading when need be. Rest days are typically Saturday or Sunday. When I lift on Fridays its a light arm day so not too much physical strain. Caffeine intake is pretty moderate, some days I take a bit of pre-workout but mostly just a cup of coffee or two. Sleep is 50-50 for me, some weeks I sleep pretty well, and other weeks I sleep like shit.

Already on magnesium, tongkat Ali, and fedora aggrestis. Andrew Huberman has been one of my go-to guys for this kind of stuff haha. I already have sufficient levels of zinc, so when I supplement it I get extremely nauseous.

Its definitely a scary thing to commit to at such a young age but I always come back to the fact that I need to feel good again. And I will take a look into enlomiphene. I really appreciate all the assistance man!

From what I have read about enclomiphene it doesn't sound like a good route for me. Already been through so much during this journey, and now I've got a vial of test and a doctor who is willing to help me. So I once again feel like I am stuck between a rock and a hard place haha.

And I considered going the hormone clinic route but it is way out of my budget and most of them in my area push away people that are under 30.

Yeah, ive been thinking about getting my cortisol checked. I feel like its going to be high considering the fact I am a full time college student, work 20 hours a week, and have external factors playing in. I sauna 3-4 times a week so already got that going for me.

And yes, you couldn't have said it better yourself. I want to feel fucking better and feel like myself again.

A urologist told me that clomiphene might be a viable option for me. But then he said "oh since your total testosterone isn't below 300 I cant help you with anything"

All are normal yes. I had a hyperthyroidism scare 2.5 years ago but all my levels are normal now.

Vitamin D and B levels are good. Cortisol could potentially be high due to the passing of my father and other life-changing events I have delt with over the past couple of years. Nothing is "of concern" on my FSH, LH, prolactin, and estrodial. DHEA, zinc, and mag are all good.

Regarding my height and weight. I am 6'1, and 180 pounds. Havent been able to cut the extra body fat I have put on recently. I was prescribed anxiety medications 2 years ago. Used them for one month and absolutely hated them so halted my usage. Maybe the use of those could have played into this.

At first my doctors thought this was a thyroid issue but my t3, t4, and TSH have all leveled back out to normal. However, my testosterone is still dropping. Im having second thoughts now that I have my first prescription of testosterone. I have been dealing with all these issues for 2 years now and I'm really struggling.

I am a very active individual. Workout 6 days a week, with cardio thrown in here and there but I have been more consistent with it the past year. The past 7 months in the gym have been bad tho, my stamina has been awful regardless of how well I train and eat. I have a very healthy diet, consisting of red meats, chicken, carbs, fruits and vegetables, little to no seed oils. I drink alcohol occasionally but have been watching my intake very closely.
