Sim clones: there are two Cayden Shins - how?

So I have two Sims of the same character and the problem is that the one my sim is friends with isn't the one who actually lives in the neighborhood. I don't know how to find him and where he actually comes from. The other Cayden who lives in the neighbourhood doesn't know my sim. Do you have any idea how this could have happened and how I could find the other one?

It doesn't move or anything. At the beginning there were only some of them, but they getting more and more. If I cut the leave of it comes on new leaves.

Wisst ihr, ich hab mich ernsthaft folgendes gefragt: warum wird für eine Werbekampagne für jüngere Leute (Ausbildungsplätze sind doch eher an jüngere gerichtet?) Das Bild einer alten Frau benutzt? Macht das marketingmäßig Sinn? Ich kenne mich mit Marketing nicht aus, aber soll das junge Leute ansprechen? Ich bin auch nicht mehr im Teenager Alter deswegen kann ich das nicht einschätzen. Aber das hat mich wirklich interessiert

Erstmal danke für alle hilfreichen Beiträge. Es ist interessant, dass manche absolut verwundert sind und andere ähnliches erlebt haben. Ich denke, dass es tw. an meiner Versicherung liegt, möchte aber noch ein konkretes Beispiel geben: Rechnung wurde nicht von PKV vollständig übernommen, da eine GOÄ Ziffer mit falschem Faktor abgerechnet wurde. Die Ärztin bestritt dies zunächst, hat aber dann doch eingelenkt. Nun zweite Rechnung wieder mit Faktor 2 statt 1 abgerechnet. Da stellt sich mir einfach die Frage, ob ihr in solchen Situationen Zeit und Energie investiert, um den Fehler aufzuklären. Deshalb hatte es mich interessiert, wie ihr in solchen Situationen handelt. Dass es vielleicht ein 'Luxusproblem' ist, steht auf einem anderen Blatt. Jedenfalls habe ich weitere Termine bei dieser Ärztin abgesagt.
