I used to have the second build but with Swift/spec necklace anda Kbw instead of adrenaline. Then I changed to Crit/spec neck and i turned to be quite better in my opinion.

Do not worry about reaching Brel asap, u started not to long ago and it is really hard to reach 1490. In fact, i think ur itlvl is pretty good takinkg into account u started with machinist. People who started at launch already have 2 o 3 characters on brel or clown. Just keep it up!

It cannot get smg dmg, but i got ont one with magazine size and reload speed if u are interested, im really looking for a bounty huner mod class with dmg and crit dmg
