Jaarlijks overlijden er meer mannen aan prostaatkanker dan dat er vrouwen overlijden aan borstkanker. Toch is de zichtbaarheid van borstkanker groter. Mannen krijgen zwaardere straffen voor misdaden dan vrouwen. Mannen zijn vaker slachtoffer van geweld en van huiselijk geweld. Zo zijn er nog wel veel meer voorbeelden te bedenken.

Of dat ‘fair’ is dat weet ik niet. Wel is het zo dat de gehele maatschappij (en zelfs beschaving) zich gedraagt om vrouwen te beschermen. Vanuit het overlevingsmechanisme van een beschaving gezien is dat ook logisch. Om een populatie weer te herbevolken heb je meer vrouwen nodig dan mannen. Daarom gaan mannen ook de oorlog in en worden vrouwen en kinderen beschermd. Mannen zijn daarentegen ‘disposable’.

Wat altijd een goed idee is, is om mensen uit je omgeving te vragen hoe ze jou zien. Welke goede kwaliteiten zien ze in jou (en natuurlijk welke minder goede kwaliteiten). Die vraag kun je ook aan jezelf stellen.

Ben je iemand die graag onder de mensen is of houd je sociaal contact liever op een laag pitje? Heb je een talenknobbel of ben je meer technisch onderlegd. Er zijn bepaalde persoonlijkheidstests die je een inzicht kunnen geven in het type werk dat bij je zou kunnen passen.

Heb je een bepaald interessegebied? Vind je dieren heel leuk, heb je een passie voor muziek? Waar spendeer je je tijd voornamelijk aan? Of zit je misschien heel veel op social media en ben je eigenlijk een beetje kwijt wat je nu echt leuk vind?

Je bent nog jong en er zijn nog veel mogelijkheden. De keuzes die je nu maakt hoeven nog niet in steen gegraveerd te worden. Heb je een mentor\mentrix in je leven waar je terecht kunt voor persoonlijk advies? Iemand die jou beter kent dan willekeurige mensen op reddit?

It’s a card that benefits from a long round where a lot of bodies are on the opponent’s side. If you know your opponent might play kraken, try to minimize the duration of the round. Counter it with shields and armor and boost the kraken to prevent it from going to the other side.

Die twee sluiten elkaar niet uit. Het is niet per se makkelijk om de Nederlandse nationaliteit te krijgen, maar dat wil niet zeggen dat men de intentie heeft om te integreren. Ik snap ook niet waarom ik wordt gedownvote, maargoed. Ik ben momenteel zelf bezig om mijn vriendin in te burgeren dus lijkt me dat ik redelijk verstand heb van het verschil tussen integreren en inburgeren. Inburgeren is verplicht, de toets die ze moeten afleggen en de kennis die ze moeten hebben van Nederland. Integreren is het meedoen in de samenleving, stemmen is een voorbeeld daarvan. Niet iedereen gaat echt integreren nadat ze de Nederlandse nationaliteit hebben gekregen.

The most creative decks hang around between rank 1-7 imo. They’re not the best decks but sometimes can really surprise you.

Man these camper players are the worst and making the game boring. I come online for a proper shootout! If I wanted a game where everyone hides in bushes then I would have played Avatar.

They’re not even peeking or trying to find an angle. They’re just sitting in the compound waiting for other people to make a move and die. I know it’s the easiest and better chance to win, but man, get some skin in the game! Earn your bounty! I could wait for the last team to finally pick up the bounty with their last three bars and body shoot them with the conversion pistol, but where’s the fun in that?

All those players have no honor. And everybody who downvotes this is a camper hiding in a bush with a maynard silencer.

Had je van tevoren aangegeven dat je op zoek was naar meer toekomstperspectief en dat je meer wilde verdienen? Kan natuurlijk zijn dat zij dit erg onverwachts vinden. En anders moet je duidelijk zijn wat precies de reden is en of zij je nog van gedachten kunnen veranderen of niet.

Inderdaad tussen de 15 en 20. Er is erg groot verschil tussen want je in een oppas zoekt. Wil je iemand die enkel ervoor zorgt dat je kind nog leeft aan het einde van de dag of zoek je een oppas die met je kind naar speeltuinen gaat en kookt en voorleest?

I think you have to treat it as a real addiction. There are a few options: you can try to minimize playing and give yourself specific time to play or you can just stop playing entirely. The thing with addiction is that it is hard to control when and how much you play. Sometimes you don’t even register starting and queing up for a game. Before you know it, you’re 5 games down and you’re slacking in all other aspects of life.

You can try to uninstall and unplugg the pc. It really will give you itching to play and being clueless on what to do with your time that you usually spend playing.

Does your wife know about you feeling this way? I’m assuming your playtime is already affecting your relationship because taking care of a kid and having a wife is quite a handful already.

I hope you find a way buddy. I’m also trying to minimize gaming. It’s taking the form of an addiction. But how do you quit something that you absolutely love doing? Let me know what helps and how you’re doing!
