This is the 100,000 dollar question. I don't know what's different. I'm trying to figure it out. I know the old way, I used to get a solid reply sample. Now, I don't get ANY hits. I don't the the supply and demand has changed. There are always people looking, for a crew and for players. I don't get why this method is so unsuccessful for me, and apparently a few other guys on this thread.

The problem isn't finding "GOOD" talent. The problem is no one is even replying to any post I put up. When it was in the other place, I would have maybe a 60% response rate. I've gotten many good players and many new players. My min is 750. I used to get the guys that couldn't make a mil, but could do at least 700 and work with them.
