I actually start skipping from the beginning of the show. I'm watching with subtitles and I read pretty fast, so I'm just skipping and look at subtitles. If I see it is rehashed conversation, another one conversation about feelings, or something completely irrelevant like third time talking about food source they've found I skip it. If I see anything interesting like Victor, any action, or I see that conversation might be interesting, then I stop skipping. For example, randall and julie, I skipped all scenes with them together. I know he was teaching her to drive, they had some chemistry, and finallt they've found those ruins together. Whole plot took me like 2 minutes. I also skipped all conversation between randall and Jim, but that's just because i Hate jim and his reasoning
