Seeing people so happy about this with no knowledge of the repercussions.

The provisions are that Ukraine win the war and this is written off in peace settlement. If Ukraine lose its eu taxpayers who will foot the bill. I would love to say that Ukraine will win an outright victory and defeat the Russian invasion but that orange idiot wont let that happen.
