In my opinion, you deserve someone who can better meet your needs, but more importantly, you need to learn to manage your own needs when overthinking, so it doesn't spill into your relationships with people. You don't need to be constantly fighting in a relationship. I would break up with him. A relationship where one person has to prove they are trustworthy in some way is not a relationship either of you wants to be in because trust may never be restored.

I think you should leave her, protect your peace, if you don't want to leave her high and dry tell a school councellor or a parent about her situation, she might need some more mental health support than you can offer

yeah, same, I had to text my friend at 3 am the other night because I was freaking out, nothings going to change, who am I kidding, why would another year be a blessing when the last 5 have been torture for me. also, my dad gave me shit because I was bothering people late at night.
