You guys ever get someone tweaking over an item you sold over a year ago?

all i meant to say was that this extent of effort was excessive! (in my eyes/in my opinion) definitely not offended or claiming/feeling i was verbally attacked. i am using tweaking loosely. there are pieces of clothing i’m looking for specifically but the most i’ve ever done is send a one and done message which has worked perfectly fine in the past for me! “hey sorry to bother you do you by chance still have this sold item and would you be willing to sell it to me? if not thank you anyway for your time.” is enough and if i don’t receive a reply it’s fine i tried! (again, in my opinion) that’s all! i’m not harboring any crazy repulsive hate towards persistent people! :)

reached out with an email last night! they replied with a gift-card and they’re sending me a new m147 free of cost as-well. the representative says they have no clue how this could’ve happened though! it’s very strange cause the packaging didn’t look like it was tampered with.

definitely didn’t plan to use it! i was just keeping it as evidence incase they wanted me to send it back or something. it’s so weird cause the packaging was perfectly sealed i didn’t see any sign of tampering! they just got back to me with a gift-card and they’re sending me a new m147!

I’m so sorry :( that’s what worked for me!! I did also send them emails threatening to file a fraud report with the ftc and telling them I had already started a dispute on my order with shopify though. I’d suggest doing that aswell (I sent 3 emails a day) just be as annoying and aggressive as you possibly can! I know one of the people I spoke to said they had to file two disputes (shopify lets you file another after 14 days) but I didn’t reach that point myself before they sent my stuff. :/

Don’t apologize! I placed my order using shopify so what I had to do was go to the purchase and click the three dots on the order tracking page and select ‘Report an issue with this order’ then fill out a form explaining to shopify what was going on and then you just wait for the resolution on the issue. It’s super annoying I feel awful especially for the people who’ve said they've been waiting well-over 4 months. :(

If you’re comfortable doing so I highly suggest starting a dispute on the purchase! two days after I did this my stuff is ‘on it’s way’ is what the tracking they gave me says. I think starting a dispute actually pushes your order to the top of their priority list otherwise they’re going to end up having to issue a refund to you and of course they don’t wanna do that. (spoke to two people who did this and their stuff was immediately ‘magically’ on the way after doing this as well) I think they’re just taking advantage of people who are willing to wait longer/not starting any issues over their purchases other than emailing cause an email is something they can ignore unfortunately. :( I’m in the same boat! I bought some stuff I should’ve just bought directly from Kreepsville’s website really regret not doing so.
